Gender Pay Gap Report

Gender pay gap reporting requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.

Glenside is proud to demonstrate its equality, fairness and openness in relation to gender pay. We are confident that as we continue to monitor and reflect the gender pay gap it will continue to remain at a sustainable level.

Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) Report

The NHS Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) aims to improve the experience of employees from Black Minority Ethnicity (BME) backgrounds in the workplace. This includes employment, promotion and training opportunities and staff experience of the employee relations process.

The implementation of the WRES will make tackling race equality a priority for Glenside. The WRES is a tool to systematically identify gaps between BME & White staff experiences in the workplace. In measuring those gaps and taking action this will achieve:

    – Tangible progress in eliminating discrimination

    – Support in the creation of a positive working culture and valued staff

    – Improve the opportunities available to BME members of staff

This will create an environment in Glenside where all staff feel engaged, valued and supported. This will result in high quality patient care and improved health outcomes for all.
